Uncanny Cat Golf
What is this game?
Uncanny Cat Golf is a silly golf game about shooting a cat into a golf hole, while escaping the uncanny cat's clutches...
What does randomization do to this game?
- All levels (or worlds, if chosen) are shuffled into the multiworld as unlocks, and you start with just the tutorial levels.
- All major level gimmicks (breakable tiles, keys, switch tiles, golf balls, etc.) are shuffled into the multiworld and do not work without being sent them.
- All minigames (Bort Bash, UNCANNY_DASH, Meowls) access is shuffled into the multiworld, and have checks attached to them (if enabled)
- All costumes are filler checks, as well as temporary modifiers that last one level completion (if enabled)
- You also begin the game with the "Peak Hunter" mode, to assist with replaying a level to send checks.
What are checks in this game?
- Checks are tied to completing levels, and getting a good rank in levels (either OK rank or GOOD rank, depending options)
- Optional checks are possible to add for getting a "PEAK" rank in a level
- Optional checks are possible to add for world 5, P, and Endless Levels merged into a world "E" that the mod adds.
- Optional checks are possible to add for playing the minigames when unlocked.
Where is the options page?
The options yaml can be made via the Options Creator in the Archipelago launcher. It requires Archipelago v0.6.7 or higher to run.
Does this support Universal Tracker?
This game supports yamlless UT support, so you can use Universal Tracker without even having a player yaml, and features full Universal Tracker support including /explain and /get_logical_path for seeing what each check needs. Highly recommended.
