What does randomization do to this game?

Most acquirable pickups are shuffled among each other, following some logic to ensure the game ends up being completable. This includes chests, keydrops, NPC items, trade sequence items, free standing item such as the heart container, and more. This exclude Rare Maple drop, the Tokay Market, The Essences and the Maku Seed.

What does another world's item look like in Oracle of Ages?

Items belonging to other worlds use an easily recognizable Archipelago sprite, which is blue if the item is unimportant, and red if it is a progression item. When collecting it, the game will inform you that you just sent an item to another player, and you can check on the client window to see which item was actually sent.

• Some locations doesn't show their item properly (and show instead the vanilla item). This include :
  • Cheval Invention
  • Cheval Test
  • Past Library
  • Present Library
• Maku Tree gift doesn't drop properly (instead just spawn on the ground)
• Flute sprite show the strange flute sprite instead of the correct companion flute sprite
• Progressive Shield doesn't work properly if you lose your shield to a like-like
• Trees aren't properly tracked
• Cheating in an essence break the second screen of the inventory (Please don't)
• Gasha trees are turbo broken
• send_location command doesn't seems to work properly with the trees
• The harp can become cursed when you get the seedshooter (you can select it and reselect a song to fix it)
• Seed satchel upgrade think it's a key.
