Weighted Options

Weighted options allow you to choose how likely a particular option's value is to be used in game generation. The higher a value is weighted, the more likely the option will be chosen. Think of them like entries in a raffle.

Choose the options you would like to play with! You may generate a single-player game from this page, or download an options file you can use to participate in a MultiWorld.

Game Options

Progression Balancing

A system that can move progression earlier, to try and prevent the player from getting stuck and bored early. A lower setting means more getting stuck. A higher setting means less getting stuck.
This is a range option.

Accepted values:
Normal range: 0 - 99

The following values have special meanings, and may fall outside the normal range.
  • 0: Disabled
  • 50: Normal
  • 99: Extreme

Accessibility

Set rules for reachability of your items/locations. **Full:** ensure everything can be reached and acquired. **Minimal:** ensure what is needed to reach your goal can be acquired.

Fast Clockwerk

If enabled, unlocking Cold Heart of Hate will give you access directly to the Clockwerk boss fight skipping all the previous levels.

RequiredBosses

How many members of the Fiendish Five you need to defeat before Cold Heart of Hate is unlocked. Only used if boss victories is selected as the Unlock Clockwerk option.
This is a range option.

MaxPages

How many pages are available to collect in the multiworld. These pages are NOT the same as the normal pages that give you thief moves. Only used if page hunt is selected as the Unlock Clockwerk option. Note that this option requires more locations than usual. Cluesanity is recommended.

Determines if you will start with 1 key for your chosen starting episode. If all is selected, you are given 1 key for a random episode.

Exclude Minigames

Choose which minigames types you want to exclude as locations. Minigame Caches

Determines how many checks minigames send when completed. Ignored if the minigame is excluded. Allows a range from 1-10.
This is a range option.

Location Cluesanity Bundle Size

Ice Physics Trap Weight

The weight of ice physics traps in the trap pool. Ice physics traps turn on the low friction cheat code for 10 seconds.
This is a range option.

The weight of speed change traps in the trap pool. Speed change traps change the game speed for 10 seconds.
