Final Fantasy V Career Day

Weighted Options

Weighted options allow you to choose how likely a particular option's value is to be used in game generation. The higher a value is weighted, the more likely the option will be chosen. Think of them like entries in a raffle.

Choose the options you would like to play with! You may generate a single-player game from this page, or download an options file you can use to participate in a multiworld.

A list of all games you have generated can be found on the User Content page.

Local High Value: These chests will only give high value items local to the player's world. Local High Value and Progression: These chests will give high value items local to the player's world or local progression. Any: Any items in the multiworld can appear in the chests. Job and Groups in World

Sets which jobs and job groups for abilities are allowed to appear in the world. Possible values are: "Knight" "Monk" "Thief" "Dragoon" "Ninja" "Samurai" "Berserker" "Hunter" "Mystic Knight" "White Mage" "Black Mage" "Time Mage" "Summoner" "Blue Mage" "Red Mage" "Trainer" "Chemist" "Geomancer" "Bard" "Dancer" "Mimic" "Freelancer"

Job Crystals Available

Set the range for jobs available in the world. Lower numbers will likely create harder seeds and vice versa. Be wary of setting this too low, as it could create some extreme difficulty depending on starting job. Will not exceed available jobs from the "Job and Groups in World" list. This setting only applies when "Four Job Mode" is off.

Ability Settings

All job abilities from "Job and Groups in World" list are placed by default. Available Jobs Plus Extra: Places abilities for whichever job crystals are in the world plus a small amount extra, controlled by the "Job Group Abilities Number" setting. Random by Job: Places random abilities in the world but keeps them grouped by jobs (for instance if Time Magic Lvl 1 is in the world so will 2-6). The number of random job groups is controlled by the setting "Job Group Abilities Number" setting. Random All Abilities: Places abilities randomly with no regard for job groupings, but doesn't place all. Don't Place: Places no abilties in the item world. Random Only for Unavailable Jobs: Includes some number of job ability groups controlled by "Job Group Abilities Number" while excluding jobs excluded via "Job and Groups in World" and included via "Job Crystals Available". If a setting other than "Don't Place" or "Only for Available Jobs" is selected with "Four Job Mode" then this will default to "Don't Place".
